I’m Anne and I have been practicing mindfulness and sharing what I’ve learned for around 10 years. During this time, I have discovered that the antidote to stress and anxiety is simply staying present, in the only moment that truly exists, now!


Many of the thoughts and beliefs that we have about ourselves and the circumstances that surround us, bear little resemblance to the fundamental truth. Once we understand that all the resources we need are already built into our system, we can begin to move towards fulfilling our true potential.


Using mindfulness skills and other tools that I have in my tool kit, including NLP and Hypnotherapy, I would like to help you become the very best version of yourself, living your very best life!
